Our 5,000 square foot in-house metal coating facility allows us to meet complex customer requirements without the need for multiple downstream suppliers who can disrupt the cost, timing and efficiency of your overall production.
Heat Treatment
We currently offer 22 advanced heat treatment cycles, allowing us to customize and optimize our foundry solutions for the unique requirements of your products.
QC Inspection
We maintain a meticulous quality assurance program in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 certification standards. From our cutting-edge foundry to our CNC machine shop, we are outfitted with the industry’s latest quality control technology and testing equipment.

Brief History
1866, 1886, 1965 to Present
The forerunner of Oil City Iron Works, Inc. was established in 1866 at its present site and came under its current ownership in 1965. For over a century, we have remained dedicated to providing versatile iron casting solutions for a range of precision-focused industries.
Since 1985, Oil City Iron Works has expanded significantly. We offer a range of expertly-manufactured products including valves, pumps, power generation, gas turbine and compression parts, mining equipment, as well as general oilfield equipment. Oil City Iron Works, Inc. is a 100% jobbing shop.
All of our products are “Made in the USA” and engineered with consistency. We maintain over 7,000 active patterns to serve our diverse range of customers.
